No manufacturing concern is accessing dollars.
The Manufacturer Association of Nigeria has complained.
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce has complained.
The solution is to allow the market to actually work as a market...free of CBN control.
The global currency market does like $4trillion a day in transactions.....it is NOT regulated.
If your reading this it's possible to open an account online trade US dollars and Yen...a simple exchange governed by demand and supply...if you can do this internationally...why not in Nigeria?
This new Interbank should not have primary dealers... or restrictions on supply...if I have $10...allow me post it for sale from my account.to a willing buyer..why must a bank bid for me?
