The Chinese Poverty Eradication success story

The model for poverty eradication is China.
China has lifted more people out of poverty than anywhere else in the world.
China per capital income in increased fivefold between 1990 and 2000, from $200 to $1,000. Between 2000 and 2010, per capita income also rose by the same rate, from $1,000 to $5,000, moving China into the ranks of middle-income countries.
How?
1.Clear targets
2 Clear roadmap and plans
3. Leadership from the top
4. No prayer
5. Focus on economic growth first then subsidies to poor families
6. Foreign Direct investment not aid
7. Local protection of small business
8. Government delivers infrastructure
9. Government guarantees security
10.Capitalism
11.Export led growth
He that fails to plan.....plans to fail..
